My name is Amir Honarmand (translates as Prince Artist 😉 ). I’m from Iran, I’m married with a beautiful woman which is love of my life. I have B.A in English language and literature. I’ve been teaching English and Turkish since 2005 and I love learning new languages. My mother tongue is Azeri, our official language in country is Farsi (Persian) so I can speak these languages fluently, beside these languages I also know Turkish fluently and I’m actually teaching it, I also teach English which I studied at university. I also know a little bit of French, German and Spanish.
I got my CertTESOL couple of months ago from Prague. I studied this TEFL course in OxfordTEFL which in my opinion and according to my experiences, is one of the best schools in this field and more importantly if you ever study in one of OxforTEFL branches in different parts of world (Barcelona, Prague, Kerala (India), London, South of Spain (Cadiz, Malaga)) after finishing the course you will get two internationally recognized certificates, one is CertTESOL from Trinity College London and the other is prestigious certificate of Oxford Teacher Training school.
I was more than lucky to be in Prague and study this course with David, Sean and Karin who helped me and my friends during the course and showed us the best way of teaching with tons of tricks and tips.
Now I’m trying to get I got my visa for Spain and I will attend in The Developing Teacher with Spanish course in Barcelona and study Spanish and teach English simultaneously and improve my skills both in learning Spanish and teaching English.
Anyway I think this is enough for now. I will share my experiences here in this blog and I’m looking forward to get some help from people who have experience in this TEFL course, exams like TOEFL and IELTS or even maybe living in Spain and can help me and give me some tips about first days of being in Spain. Any help will be appreciated.
